Casco Bay Rail is excited to announce its first motive power acquisition-- EMD GP10 CBRX #764.

CBRX 764 is no stranger to Maine, having served many years on the Maine Eastern RR. After returning to New Jersey for more revenue service, 764 has been stored servicable the last few years awaiting reactivation. 

Our plan is to complete that reactivation in Q2'2026 with local partners and see 764 return to regular revenue service in Maine or New England.
